  • - following the daily planning to prepare next order or continue the previous one from the previous shift quick briefing taking all the needed information how far the order is and what should be done
  • - take and prepare next orders taken from the warehouse following the planning
  • - sorting and prepare all feeders for each component and load them on a trolley
  • - loading the specific program for each order
  • - prepare each feeder depends on the size and type of the component
  • - check the polarity of the components if they came correctly placed on the reel by the manufacturer
  • - load and scan every reel between 1 and 300 reels depends on the order with components on each location were they should be following the software instructions

  • Break down:
  • - take off all the feeders and reels from trolleys, sort them out and take them to the warehouse
