Dennis Breugelmans

Part of the Operations team at a company which provided logistical services to other companies. The main task of this team was to oversee the warehousing aspect of the company's services. This meant managing both B2B & B2C orders of clients who were contracted with us to store their goods at in our warehouse.

Skills obtained and required in this function included:

- Managing client contact and making sure their needs were being met.

- Learning how to work individually as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Learning how to use multiple logistical software systems and applying this knowledge to my daily tasks

Managing the logistical side of a clothing store. Mainly focused on keeping the small warehouse in the back of the store organized, picking and packing online (B2C) orders & making sure incoming goods were made ready to be displayed in the store. Also occasionally helped out in sales.

Also held this function as a side job during my educational period from 2017 until 2021 though less in a overseeing capacity.

Skills obtained and required for this function included:

- Keeping a tidy and organized operation that was easily accessible to not only myself but also my colleagues.

- Developing an attention to detail in my work and continuously trying to find ways in which to enhance my own performance.
