As assessment lead I supported WTW colleagues and clients across Western Europe with implementation of employee experience and talent management solutions.

Key tasks included:

• Account management responsibility for assessment clients in UK and Europe.
• Line managing team of three client facing consultancy team members.
• Advising WTW colleagues with scoping of talent management and assessment solutions for WTW clients in Western Europe.
• Stakeholder management, working with both colleagues and client simultaneous.
• One-to-one developmental feedback sessions for a variety of public and private sector global organizations
• Design and delivery of assessment and development centres, incorporating candidate assessment and feedback initiatives for both clients and colleagues.
