My friends would describe me as a social young man with a lot of humor and always want to give the people around him a pleasant time. I’m independent, but also strong in working in groups. I always want to get and be the best at everything, I always want to strive to the highest level. I have a passion for hospitality and I’m working in this industry since I was sixteen years old.
At Bonnie I work as a bartender, most of the time. Since I can not only work as a bartender, I'm doing other jobs in the restaurant as well. We are really a team at Bonnie and we help each other where needed. This is making me a real teamplayer.
I came in here as a regular bartender. I didn't have a lot of experience, but I started working full time directly, so I gained a lot of experience in a short time. Over the time I became head of the bar and got a leading role. NRC gave me a lot of responsibility. I became a teamleader and had to open and close on my own. I have mastered all aspects of the hospitality industry here and can now apply them with a lot of confidence.
I started working at Vis op de Dijk as a dishwasher. By time, I did more and more in the kitchen. After some time I also did the cold side in the kitchen. Preparing the cold starters and cold main courses. It was my first job in hospitality and I learned here a lot. I learned to work together, be quick and precisely. I have developed the ability to work effectively under pressure and stay composed in stressful situations.

I followed a bartending course for 4 weeks in Thailand. I learned all the base skills you need behind the bar and 66 cocktails. I gained a lot of confident behind the bar.
