My biggest value to offer my employer is that whether it's Newfoundland's cold winds and rain or working up north in -40 or -50 temperatures doing tasks nobody else will or wants to when it comes down to things needing to be done, I never fuss and enjoy every minute of it. It makes me happy doing the jobs people avoid or say no to. These two things I consider my most valuable traits as a man in this work field.
