Bendel Padel was supposed to be Massachusetts’s first padel club. Moved to Boston 1 year ago with my family with a long term-aim. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move back.

• Conducted target market research to scope out industry competition and identify advantageous trends.
• Established strategic partnerships with prominent Boston sports clubs, ensuring a prospective member base.
• Secured a prime location & raised $3 mln in funding.

Veepee is an online flash sales retailer based in Europe, with a revenue of €4 billion and over 6,000 employees. I was responsible for the strategic accounts in the kids & underwear segment

• Acquisition of new partners and deepening of existing partnerships. 20% over performance on portfolio.
• Built and maintained strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Created sales forecasts to target monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives.
• Analyzed sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for increased profitability.
• Responsible for cooperation with the cross-functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of account strategy.
• Negotiated prices, terms of sales and contract agreements.
• Facilitated strategic meetings with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop action plans.

Brandy Melville is an Italian fashion brand that markets their products to young women. I was responsible for the North-European stores including improving profitability per store and daily management.

• Responsible for the implementation of Brandy Melville’s strategy into the local markets.
• Developed systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency.
• Led hiring, onboarding and training of new hires to fulfill business requirements.
• Establishing budgets and targets per store.
• Reduced process bottlenecks by training and coaching employees on practices, procedures, and performance strategies.

NewFysic is a health company specialized in personalized weight loss plans, combining dietary advice with natural supplements. My job was to write an expansion strategy for the company.

• Researched potential locations within the Netherlands for NewFysic to expand their business.

Founded in Amsterdam, Rituals was the first luxury brand to combine home and body products. During my internship I was part of the Retail Benelux department.

• Development of a manual for all area managers for both Retail and Wholesale stores.
