In my role at Odido, I focused on understanding the unique needs of our business clients, guiding them through their options for fixed internet and all phone services. Rather than pinpointing market developments, my approach was to listen attentively to their experiences and challenges over the past year. This enabled me to offer advice and solutions that were best suited to their company's requirements, ensuring they received the support and services they needed to thrive.

As bread ambassador +, I took care of regular sales tasks as well as leading the team alongside the manager. I was responsible for ordering dried and fresh goods, and keeping the team motivated and energized to perform at their best individually, and as a team.

• University project: I worked as the communications manager in a group of 4 other students. For this project, we provided a service for our client: The International Office. We created two events dedicated to students going on exchange and students going back home from their exchange in The Netherlands.
• I took care of all the communication processes within the team, with the target group and with the client.
• This project greatly improved my communication skills as I learned more about professional and effective communication
