While working as a production assistant on various advertisement shoots, I gained experience in the following areas:

• Coordinating logistics and schedules to ensure smooth production flow
• Assisting with set preparation and equipment setup
• Facilitating communication among crew members and talent
• Collaborated with production team to facilitate smooth operations, avoiding disruptions and delays
• Completed wide range of tasks in diverse filming areas to support operations.

As one of four co-founders, I helped build an online community and education startup over the course of two years. Below are some of the things I worked on:

• Marketing: Developed marketing materials and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Content Creation: creating various forms of content (for marketing and communications.) including: short & long form video content, infographics and tweets.
• Building and managing Community: creating online community tools and structure.
• Employee Management: Oversaw team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Copywriting: Crafted copy for various platforms to enhance brand messaging.
• Meeting Preparation: Organized and prepared for meetings, ensuring clear agendas and outcomes.
• Pitching: Presented business ideas and proposals to potential clients and investors.

During my time at an employment agency, I gained experience in the hospitality industry by working at various venues, including preparing event spaces at Hotel The Grand, serving food and drinks at the restaurant within the Stedelijk Museum, and assisting with operations at the Johan Cruyff Arena football stadium.

• Preparing and delivering welcome gifts, for hotels guests, (like fruit baskets, chocolates and cookies)
• Performed daily maintenance routines for equipment such as coffee machines and warming carts, prolonging lifespan and functionality.
• Restocked supplies to keep team efficient and ready for guests' orders.
• Collaborated with team members to complete large catering orders for events held within the hotel venue.
