1. Leading two projects, affordability and acceptance models to enable instant lending in DBNL by taking over following responsibilities:

• Model and/or rule based solution design to address the need
• Hands-on development and deployment of the solution
• Deriving roadmap to define focus areas yearly and quarterly basis by business interviewing
• Refining & planning project milestones and objectives from a technical standpoint.
• Task delegation and progress tracking to ensure timely completion.
• Stakeholder management for engagement and further collaboration
• Cross-Team Coordination among multiple teams, including validation, CDMC, implementation, and integration, to ensure seamless progress through project stages.
• Coaching junior team members to enhance their skill sets and contribute to the team effectively.

2. Contributing to the enhancement of pricing decisioning tool in DBNL Mortgages.

• Hands-on development of a business-tailored, simple yet effective solution for pricing decisions.
• Explaining technical details in a clear and understandable way to the business unit

1. Leading turnover prevention projects, including retention prediction model (ML), uplift model on promotions

• Task delegation and progress track to complete on time with the maximum impact
• Coaching two junior colleagues to help them to contribute to the team effectively.

2. Contributing gender pay gap project

• Adjusted oaxaca blinder decomposition method into the gender pay gap analysis
• Reported results in annual report of ING

3. Contributing topic and sentiment models with NLP on survey data

• Actively worked on end-to-end lifecycle of models, including development, model validation, ethics, deployment and monitoring
• Explained very complex NLP models to the stakeholders in a clear and understandable way

1. Contributing collection ML based model in retail banking, which aims increasing collected amount and decreasing loss

2. Contributing FX pricing in business banking, which aims segmenting the customers based on price sensitivity & offer customised prices to increase convertion

3. Contributing call center call script analysis with text mining to increase sales by detecting some communication styles towards customers

• Short term assignment for 6 months
• Deriving churn indicator based on change in transactional activity pattern for wholesale customers

• Building ML models to forecast daily electricity consumption for electricity distribution companies to increase energy allocation efficiency and reduce waste
