· Within Professional Services, oversees and is responsible for comprehensive, end-to-end service design for Global and Multi-country EMEA led pursuits and for receiver pursuits (when the design is overseen by another region)
· Supports the Bid Kick-off Workshop where the Bid to Win, Price to Win and service design strategies are developed, namely:
o Review of the RFP and customer research
o Supporting the capture of customer requirements
o Identifying service capabilities that are compliant with customer requirements
· Ownership and creation of the Solution Design Document for the end-to-end Service, which includes:
o Commercial parameters for the service
o Device portfolio and profile
o Transition service components
o Site Assessment profile
o Service delivery capabilities
o SLA and KPI measures
o Create clear instructions for other regions to enable them to complete their pricing and resource inputs
o Management of the inputs from internal stakeholders / SMEs
· Supports risk evaluations and mitigation strategies
· Provides to the Commercial/Analytics Managers inputs for their business cases
· Shares key input and supports proposal preparation, and is involved in the meeting/presentation to the client
· Responsible for writing the Statement of Work (SOW), gathering SME inputs as necessary, and ensures that the document takes a level of detail that should be 100% clear and concise
