Duties include: serving customers, answering the phone for taking lane bookings, preparing and cooking food as well as sometimes serving it, fixing bowling lanes when they are to break down, handling children's birthday parties every weekend, handling bowling leagues and handling national tournaments.

Duties included: greeting customers, seating customers to the dinning areas, answering questions and providing information about the menu items, cleaning and setting the tables, as well as cleaning the bathrooms.
