My career path is somewhere between eclectic and nomadic and yet, very centered. I started in the ADV film production, which gave me a take on what the communication hardware is; in the production field one quickly need to learn how to successfully relate either to the crew bringing the set to life, or agency and clients. This experience thought me how to be organised and flexible, to stretch, bend and adapt without losing sight of the final target. ADV agencies came after. I was lucky enough to touch very different realities such as luxury fashion communication, purely digital projects, global strategical repositioning and campaigns; I experienced creative centered agencies and more business-oriented ones. The experience I am living now is very focused on people management, internal and external coordination, budget setting and business objectives. Nonetheless, I try to never forget to think strategical and creative, treasuring what I have collected on my path. I do not stop learning and discovering and so far, no experience I have made has been useless. I am not scared to learn, ask, listen, express my opinion and rethink it if necessary and, on the other way around, I am eager to share what I had the chance to live and make mine. I am always willing to take responsibility for mine and my team's decisions, I want to be relatable and approachable. Seeing a person flourishing by learning and expressing their capabilities is something I find extremely fulfilling at a professional and at an individual level. I work with rigour and passion, challenging myself to achieve always more and better and I pursue beauty in all its shapes.
