- Leading a global strategic move to cloud program for a leading French headquartered hospitality client, in successfully assisting in transforming and migrating 12 DCs / 37 server rooms to AWS in a span of around 24-month timeline, managing a team of Project Managers (offshore and onsite), 40 offshore migration factory team of size up to 40 consultants, Lead Architect, Techno-functional SME, Offshore Delivery Lead and vendor teams (offshore and onsite)
- Led global strategic cloud migration program for a major BFSI client, in successfully migrating 1800+ servers to AWS cloud in a 7-month timeline, managing a team of 10 - 12 Project Managers (offshore and onsite), 15-18 technical member team (offshore) and vendor teams (offshore and onsite)
- Responsible for internal audits and Delivery Excellence Group initiatives
- Responsible for Deliver Led Growth for major EU accounts
- Led delivery initiatives for major RFPs in France region
- Owned the SOW processes for extensions and additions
- Defined SLAs, KPIs and goals for the delivery team
- Responsible for setting up goals, reviewing and discussing with the associates for the yearly appraisal cycle
- Mentored and groomed individuals to become high-performing Project and Program Managers
- Led strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders on IT transition, transformation and optimization, understanding the organization's long-term vision and goals
- Also, assisted in defining and tracking the OKRs and related KPIs for improving IT Operational and Service Excellence
- Have successfully led Data Compliance and Legal workstream, as part of a global cloud migration programs
- The scope of this workstream was to ensure that the applications falling within this bucket pass all the regional compliance requirements and get proper sign-off to proceed for cloud migration
- Experienced in managing overall Program Delivery Governance, Program Financials (P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization), Resource optimization, QBRs, Steering Committee meetings, Program Strategy, Delivery Led Growth (new opportunities), Extensions and Additions, SOW creation and management, bid management, vendor negotiations and building strategic partnership alliance
- Assessed and implemented review survey feedback mechanisms via coaching and facilitation
- Implemented Value Stream Mapping processes to continuously improve the overall delivery techniques
- This also helped in increasing the overall CSAT % (from 72% to 96% to 100%)
- Led specific initiatives and thrived to work towards reducing team attrition rate (by around 10%) and increase employee satisfaction (by over 75%) by implementing effective team bonding and relationship building plans
- Led and managed Lean Six Sigma missions, for continuous process improvements and to orchestrate, enhance and streamline the whole IT Operations processes
