Shared Government Enterprise Resource Planning (SGERP), Abu Dhabi

Solution Architect Feb’11- May’11

• SGERP was formed by Abu Dhabi government executive committee, to create a shared services platform to support all the 40 government entities. As part of assessment, was involved in analyzing the current state analysis of each entity and to prepare a cross government analysis and recommendation of waves for future rollout.
• On completion of all entity visits, arriving at the commonalities based on various factors like current maturity level, satisfaction level etc. Waves are recommended based on the analysis
• This project was jointly executed with BooZ and Co

Oracle Egypt, Egypt|Solution Architect Jan’09- Jan’11

Project Overview: Oracle Egypt Consulting takes care of implementation/Consulting Support/upgrade of clients covering the entire Africa region for Oracle Ebusiness Suite.

• For 2 years, as part of Oracle Egypt Virtual team had worked on 12 diversified projects in industries ranging from Banks, Pharmaceuticals to Telecommunication
• Major Clients I was involved are National Bank of Egypt, Bank Misr, Central Bank of Egypt, Mobinil, Bank Du Caire, Eco Bank, Midor, Novartis, EPROM and Telecom Egypt.
• Deliverables includes Requirements Gathering, preparation of scoping and Solutioning documents, Onsite Client Management, Configuration of HR, OTL, Absences and Payroll including Fast formulas.
