- Caspian Co. working with all mobile operators in Iran country for New site (FTK full turnkey project) /Relocation/Swap and several projects and totally deliver more than 500 site successfully.
- Micro managing all PIPs achievement, by dealing with site acquisition, warehousing, transportation and delivery of site material, civil works including excavation, rebaring, curing, foundation installation, towers and fence installation, power installation, hardware installation and configuration and integration, optimization, making sure achievement of KPI parameters ( we hit 98%). Site clean up and PAT plan and deliver the site to customer till acceptance and invoicing. Manager PO and acceptance certificate and invoicing, and related financial details afterward like tax management, and financial periodically statements to government.
- Close collaboration and communication with clients along with periodical meetings, as well as internal company quality assurance and employees affairs like employment and trainings.
