Throughout my training, I have competed in full-contact Kung Fu and Thai Boxing competitions, honing my skills and gaining valuable experience. My martial arts journey has been a source of personal growth and fulfillment, teaching me discipline, focus, and resilience.

Through training in disciplines such as Steel Wire Mantis, Wu Shu, Hung Gar, Lau Gar , I have been able to maintain a reasonable level of physical fitness and improve my overall health. In addition to the physical benefits, martial arts have also helped me to stay mentally focused and disciplined.
