• Managed the South Sudan Peace and Prosperity Promotion Program across three states in South Sudan, overseeing a 5.5 Million Euro budget.
• Strengthened Oxfam Novib's knowledge and expertise in Conflict Transformation.
• Supervised the program's finance and administrative staff on a day-to-day basis, while coordinating with implementing partners and Oxfam affiliates.
• Led the operationalization and rollout of the program, including liaison with partners, organization and facilitation of workshops, and representation of Oxfam Novib in relevant external forums.

• Drafted statements and press releases for the Violence Against Women campaign, campaign for the ratification of the African Protocol in Sudan, and Public Order Regime campaign. Actively participated in various regional and international meetings.
• Led research for a policy paper on women in prison and the implications of customary law in South Sudan.
• Coordinated various research initiatives, such as the status of women in Sudan (in collaboration with the University of Khartoum) and women's economic participation.
