• Manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with IFRS / local GAAP and firm audit methodology
• Define audit scope, audit strategy, and risk assessment, including identification of significant risk areas and key audit matters
• Review audit workpapers and audit evidence to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with professional standards
• Oversee audit execution, including coordination of onshore, offshore, and specialist teams
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and workload allocation

• Prepare and review audit reports, management letters, and communications to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with independence, regulatory, and internal quality control requirements
• Support internal quality reviews, inspections, and methodology updates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team knowledge sharing
