Job Responsibilities: Participate in design development and all related coordination for different types of projects such as residential, commercial, office buildings, telecommunication buildings, industrial and villas. Attend meetings with clients to propose or review design proposals, making modifications or revisions at various stages of project. Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc. Allocation, distribution and follow up of task within the project team overseeing design development drawings.

Prepare design drawings, presents ideas to client in coordinate and handle design process with client. Collaborate with other team members to determine design needs and requirements for the project.

Ability in assisting, coordinating and controlling all aspects of projects with Strong design and technical coordination and performing the main coordination for all disciplines such as formal submissions, follow up payments, etc.

Manages design projects from concept to detailed design, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.

• Utilised CAD software to create innovative designs.
• I worked for four years in an architectural office an engineering as an architect and designer using 3dmx, AutoCAD, and Photoshop programs .
• Designed custom parts to meet unique customer requirements.
• Led cross-functional teams to streamline project execution.
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining strict deadlines.
