Amber Mitchelmore

I started my clinical May 2024 at the health science centre with Erin Adams. I learn many new things while at my clinical site during the summer, how to make judgments on exams, go in the room independently, and how to work in a team. During the end I got more comfortable calling in patients and overall did good in the OR, I learned a lot about moving the c-arm and how to work on my own in the OR. My next clinical took place September 2024, at the Janeway with Rhonda Shepherd. I learned to work with kids and adjust to this new environment. I kept learning different ways to take xray, and how to think in difficult situations. I’m currently going to be doing clinical with Terry Power at st. Clare’s and I expect to keep learning and keep increasing my skills.
