• Created and guided the sales team of the first ever Terkenlis franchise outside the boarders of Greece, where the brand was born and functioned since 1948
• Adapted the whole customers' experience in Cyprus' environment and style (different temperatures, eating habits)
• Researched for local high quality raw materials to match successful, traditional recipes
• Developed local suppliers network and handled all orders from the parent company in Greece as well as handling of the store's storage functions (inventory, FIFO, overseeing preservation conditions)
• Managed all aspects of both sales and confectionery's areas and came up with the operational part and procedures of delivery services that were serving cities and even hardly approachable villages throughout Cyprus
• Actively took part in the setting up of the logistics procedure - a very challenging project since what had to be handled was both raw materials sent from the parent company and local ones as well as final product
• Planned day to day sales policies as well as tremendously important periods of time like Christmas and the Easter. Also, came up with promotional ideas for days like Valentine's and other important holidays along with the social media team of the company

Company Overview: Travel agency - both physical and online services

• Responsible for invoicing customers online purchased air tickets
• Due to an immense volume of purchases, invoicing was held back and after 1 month of being in charge, invoices were sent right after the clients purchase
• Close collaboration with the agency's accountants for matters of the sort
• Technical support to customers - changes and/or additions to already bought tickets - as well as issuing of low cost airlines tickets

• Planned everyday tasks schedule, running a smooth shift for both sales and production (confectioners') area
• Evaluated sales reports along with the company's marketing team and came up with more profitable approaches of promoting the products
