Responsible for taking customers from the start to finish of their retail store experience. Guide the customer through our collections, explain the history of the company, recommend watches based on their personal attributes and taste, and come up with solutions to whichever problems they may have. Additionally, my job had ultimately covered most of what you could do in store, which included email handling, calling into other stores, processing logistics, requesting stock replenishments, and recommendations on what our current stock should be considering our demographic. Lastly, VM's was something I was actively helping in, wether it was pinpointing what strategically should be at the front of the store, what should be highlighted for that month, how our displays should be presented, what is lacking in our VM and what should change. Throughout my journey at Swatch, i have outdone what my role is on paper, and have made many connections with big names in the company. i have been a helping hand, and a goldmine for creative input. I started at Amsterdam Kalverstraat, the bustling shopping street, through which i experienced the ins and outs of fast paced retail, and what such customers would need from me, and later on worked at PC.Hooftstraat, which let me use said skills in a more close knit, personalized relationship with my customers. I have seen both sides of the spectrum and have a fantastic overview of what both areas of consumers need and want.
When in a group, I tend to take the reigns and be a leading example for the people im working with albeit i am not one to boast, brag, or bring anyone out of the spotlight; when comfortable and seem fit, I will excellently bring everyone on the same page of what needs to be done, and effortlessly execute a plan with a high rate of productivity When in groups, I am passionate on taking the lead, because i know you can trust me I will not leave anyone out, and i will already be thinking two steps ahead
My passion being singing and making music, the experience of being surrounded by the musical/performance scene has taught me many things not only had i gone to competitions and had an un-broken record of wins, this was achieved only by knowing what the audience wants, knowing what could set me apart, knowing how to implement the wow-factor, being able to learn from past mistakes and of those around me, and most importantly having that charisma on stage performing was not the only thing i had done, composing was another area, in which i too won awards, and knew by heart and feel and current trends, what could get me to No1
having gone to a professional psychological analyst earlier in my life, i was placed as having problem solving skills on the 99th percentile If you need any help from me, i will come up with 10 solutions with the highest productivity output of which you can choose i like to be different, to think outside the box, and sometimes just a sprinkle of that is what you need to have a boost above all your competition
I am very good with being able to read people, before they give me anything to work with i know what they want, and i know what they need I am able to sense the problem before it will occur, and able to douse water on the fire before its too late i have charisma, and am able to adapt to different environments, formal, informal, work based or commercial professionalism is something i respect, and being able to communicate what i need is easy for me I am eloquently spoken and used to frequently read books, the knowledge and eduction of 5 languages makes the language barrier not a problem for me
