I am the project controller for a customer portfolio within EAD (Electrification, Automation and Digitalization) unit.

We deliver jack-up system solutions for ships and offshore equipment products.
I handle the commercial control for both new sales and aftermarket scope.

Leading a team of 5+ financial controllers in the Bucharest Competence Hub.
We support various departments of the Nordics operations of EAD unit, which delivers technology for industry's decarbonization to customers across marine, offshore and process industries segments.

• Engaged in recruitment and training of new employees, tasks content development and administration across the team, and further strengthening team's skills, the quality of deliverables and good partnership with our stakeholders.

I was the financial controller for the Norway operations of the EAD unit (Electrification, Digitalization, Automatization), Services department.

I was responsible for handling SG&A, and remaining COS:
• Budget and forecast for SV cost centers
• Quarterly report cost centers’ economics and the logic behind our business cases to the Senior Management team
• Overview with Commercial Manager and operational team the personnel utilization, hours writing, Opex and Capex planning and consumption, internal projects reporting and ad-hocs.

I worked on various portfolios as project accountant/controller for EPC projects in subsea equipment production business segment.

Project Controller: Apr 2021 - Mar 2022

In addition to the project kicked-off in May 2020, I took over a program (multiple projects with the same customer in total +500M USD) in its execution stage.
I worked side-by-side with Project Managers to closely monitor the project execution and challenge the profitability, within:
• Project based forecasting: Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Estimate At Completion (EAC) analyses
• Management of Change (MOC) process, which means risk management of the scope changes versus Bid/last EAC and their impact on cost and schedule
• Invoicing/Cash flow management
• Accuracy on ERP (SAP and Ecosys) project information for contract/funding values, project structure and demand placement

I provided accounting support for multiple projects within North and South America business region.
I have collaborated with the IT teams to implement an automatic solution for the revenue recognition process.
In May 2020 I started to work as a controller for a +40M USD project from its kick-off.

In addition to the project kicked-off in May 2020, I took over a program (multiple projects with the same customer) in its execution stage.

I worked side-by-side with Project Managers to closely monitor the project execution and challenge the profitability, within:
