Worked as a bartender for a busy restaurant and event venue, providing friendly and efficient service to a wide range of guests. Alongside regular bar duties, I helped set up and run events ranging from political gatherings to theatrical performances, adapting quickly to different audiences and situations.

At Cecconi’s, part of the Soho House group, I looked after the private dining rooms, where business meetings, corporate dinners, and other professional events regularly took place. I looked after guests throughout their visit and worked closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and attentive service.

As a cook at Ramen Impossible, a vegan Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam’s Red Light District, I worked in a fast-paced environment and often handled service independently during peak hours. The role required good organisation, efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to maintain high standards throughout busy services.

Bella Bu is one of the most popular restaurants in Genoa’s historic city centre. As a waiter, my responsibilities included providing detailed explanations of the menu and extensive wine list, coordinating closely with the kitchen, and managing the timing and flow of service.
