I am Alessandro Eiseman, a 20-year-old student with a diverse cultural background encompassing American and Italian heritage. Having graduated with an honors diploma from Wiesbaden High School, I have always wanted a job in the hospitality field which is my passion. I have gained valuable experience in the hospitality field having worked in both a supermarket and a restaurant. Currently, I am enrolled at the Hotel Management School Maastricht as a first-year student, where I am dedicated to growing my skills in hotel management. My time as a student trainee at the Teaching Hotel Chateau Bethlehem stands out as particularly impactful, greatly enhancing my practical understanding of the hospitality industry. I am excited to use this experience to further develop my passion for the vibrant field of hospitality.
I gained extensive hands-on experience across various departments including front office, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping. This allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set and a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's operations.
As a waiter at Cork Wine N More, I played a multifaceted role, assisting in serving food and working behind the bar. My responsibilities included ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests, from taking orders to delivering exceptional service, all while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant.
This was my high school job. During my time at the supermarket, I managed some inventory while also providing customer service, including assisting shoppers with inquiries and helping to bag groceries.
