• Review inspection & test plan in accordance with international codes and client specification.
• Review project weld drawing, weld, NDT map and welding procedure specification.
• Review and witness WPS, PQR, Welder and Welding Qualification.
• Review and control the fabrication activities as per the ITP / contract specification / codes & approved drawing.
• Execute welding, NDT inspection Radiaographic Film Interpretation.
• Overall quality control project responsibility such as interaction and coordination with clients design planning, project production, welding & NDT in process inspection verification stage from material identification.
• Perform surveillance during inspection to verify compliance with specified yard procedure including pre-heat , interpass temperature control & post heat requirments.
• Witness of dimension check for completed weld as per drawing and specification.
