The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within ASML SQ. The department of Delivery Operations within Manufacturing is responsible for the assembly and classification of the various machines and modules of the ASML systems according to strict quality standards.

My role:

• Module Adjustment & Qualification of fully functional high-end semiconductor machines based on technical specification in manufacturing environment.
• Compiled, processed, and analyzed test data and results to improve product quality using SAP software.
• Visually inspected and tested machinery and equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Rectifying the disturbances caused during the process of calibration and performance.
• Logged device failures caused by unexpected reactions during testing.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issue using methodology of "Problem cause solutions".

• Design, development, commissioning, testing & support of electrical and automation systems o On-site Testing of software and hardware design based on Allen-Bradley
• ControlLogix in accordance with EN50128 standards
• MODBUS(Profinet) communication testing done on Allen-Bradley programmable logic controller (PLC) via Ethernet IP to Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs
• Successfully presented client witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing(FAT) and Site
• Acceptance Test(SAT) of software program built on IEC 61131-3 Programming
• Functional Design Specification for PLC, HMI/SCADA System
• Project Monitoring and Control systems(PMCS) for controlling drainage devices, ventilation devices, Fire system, Emergency lighting, Traffic management, High and low voltage devices
• Level 4 and Level 5 testing of PMCS as the critical interface between fire systems, plant, and traffic management systems
• Framework for Integrated Testing (FIT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) effectively performed on-site
• Maintenance and rationalization of Engineering Database Management system of devices’ functional specification based on Integral Management Systems (IMS)

Planning & Development department

• I contributed to the liaising and supervision of personnel along with the professional project team
• As risk assessments personnel in Metering Department I subsidized, arranging, planning of registered meter readings and its maintenance.

GM's Coordination office:

• Wrought on the utilization of new technologies while developing reporting procedure which gave me commercial awareness
• Industrialized administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources that ensured I learn how to manage new projects.
