• ARA has a mission to help sick and abandoned dogs in Algarve region of Portugal. It is estimated that there are 10000 stray dogs need help in that region. I volunteered there for two weeks then I became a registered volunteer to visit every summer to help this non-profit organization to improve. The tasks were cleaning the kennels, walking out with the dogs and help them socialize and recover on their journey to find new families.

• Walking out with asylum dogs for every Saturday.

• Assigned by FIBA as a Team Attache for Men’s Russian and Finnish National Basketball Teams.
  
• Providing the coordination between the guest teams and Local Organization Committee during European Basketball Championship 2017.

From process development services to convert batch processes in to continuous processes, to the engineering and construction of skids based on flow technology. These continuous solutions are offered on a laboratory-, pilot- and production scales. As a process engineer I played a key role in :

Development of continuous flow chemical processes for world wide clients in the pharma, food and chemical specialties sectors.
Project management, procurement / close collaboration with suppliers / equipment selection. 

P&ID / PFD drawings, Detailed engineering design. HAZOP / What-if analysis. Technical documentation.

• Kilo Lab Skid: Explosion proof continuous reaction skid made of Hastelloy (USA)

PDEng Project: Future energy road-mapping of Cargill's Bergen op Zoom production site.

• Building a tool to evaluate the energy and emission effect of future projects, create future energy scenarios to reach the corporate goal of 10% CO2 emission in 2025. 
• Conceptual design and simulation of three strategic changes (steam reduction and electrification) units and their energy integrations.
