I Led and Managed the drydock project projects on the Offshore vessels of Allseas Engineering BV, Antony Verder, Mermaid Subsea services, Heerema Marine contractors, JO Chartering BV ( Jumbo) Stena Line BV , Helix and McDermotts International by ensuring prior the embarking on the vessels for maintenance projects efficiency, safety and quality control measures are top priority, I ensured the implemented global safety standards are followed through by our engineers this resulted in a substantial 97% reduction of errors and accidents. Through a meticulous analysis of operational data, I developed action plans which led to improvement process for the reporting standards.
Proactively coordinate the deployment of maintenance engineers during the 2yrs Power plant project in Chemnitz and Stuttgart ensuring in a 32% reduction in order-processing time, a 26% decrease in order picking time and achieved a 17% increase in all on-time deliveries.
