Delivered several global projects in supply chain planning solution implementation, product cost management, procurement and building supply chain analytics products across varieties of discrete manufacturing (for example – Automotive, Pharma, Industrial Equipment, Wind Energy, CPG, Packaging) and retail business. Have been living in Europe (esp. Nordic Europe and Netherlands) since last 10 years and quite comfortable in working with clients and team from various cultural backgrounds. The anticipated benefits post-implementation includes a 5% reduction in finished product inventory, a 50% decrease in penalties, and an 80% mitigation of obsolescence risks in packaging , storing and retailing 3Bn Lit. of juices and drinks in a highly seasonal products with 40% product refresh in every year among 8BU across Europe.
  • The projected ROI for this investment is expected within a 3-year timeframe transitioning from MS-Excel to APS and integrating various statistical models
  • Solution includes business case design, product fitment, solution roadmap, business processes design (demand, supply, inventory planning, S&OP, S&OE), system architecture and data management including target operating model design.
  • Project 2: Designing supply chain analytics data enrichment strategy, data governance for building a data hub in global healthcare client enabling self-service analytics & ML etc. roadmap. This roadmap is complex task considering 60% of COGS from contract manufacturing, 30 global 3PL, 10K global distributions.
