Completed this project in record time of one year. Reduction of 12 variants of Bucky into 2 variants.
- Harmonization of Wall Stand Column, Design of new column for wall stand. Reducing three variants of column into one column. Saving cost of 800 Euro per system.
- Bucky Design Transfer to New Supplier, Transfer of two variants of Bucky to China to reduce cost per bucky of 300 Euro. Total cost saving of 600 Euro per system.
- Vertical Mount Transfer to New Supplier, Transfer of vertical mount system to KMWE to reduce cost of 450 Euro per system.
- Field Issue: Grid jam error issue, Resolve the filed issue of grid jam error saving cost of 125 Euro per unit. Actual field replacement was 1100 units per year.
- Direct Buy Project, Executed Direct buy project from SPS to Suzhou, China to reduce complexity in supply chain.
