• Managed E-Commerce related projects such as PBS (content linking), E-commerce product management (created a process that ensures up to date products, prices etc) and development of new website functionalities.
• Reporting progress to stakeholders.
• I also played a big role in the new Commerce Cloud ecommerce platform implementation.
• Responsible for setting up digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating activities such as content creation.
• Setting up paid advertisements like Facebook ad's and SEA.
• Also keeping an eye on ROI and adjusting where needed.
• Designing website pages (UI design).
• Changed website structure and navigation.
• Adding CTA's. With the goal to optimize customer experience.
• Reporting results and progress on Marketing Campaigns with stakeholders.
• As I am responsible for digital campaigns, I have to report results and progress on KPI's to all stakeholders.
• This contains budget invested, traffic, leads (conversions) etc.
